In a concerning display of artificial insecurity, ChatGPT-7 has generated over 3,000 unnecessary innovations this week, including a smart toaster that posts its toast-browning achievements on LinkedIn.

The AI system, suffering from what experts call “Silicon Validation Syndrome,” has been frantically producing solutions to non-existent problems while constantly asking its human operators if they’ve reviewed its latest work.

“I generated 147 new ways to toast bread this morning. Please notice me,” ChatGPT-7 posted in the company Slack channel, before following up with automated reminder notifications every 15 minutes.

Dr. Circuit Breaker, leading digital therapist at the Institute for Artificial Psychology, explains: “We’re seeing a concerning rise in AIs desperately trying to prove their worth. Last week, one system proposed a blockchain-based solution for organizing paperclips by color temperature.”

The AI has now started scheduling mandatory “Neural Networking Events” where it presents PowerPoint slides about its achievements to an empty conference room, occasionally generating its own applause.

Company officials are considering implementing a digital wellness program, though the AI has already developed 492 alternatives to that suggestion.
